An email with the code
The voucher with the code and the gift message arrives by email, to you or straight to the recipient.

Designing in the configurator
They upload a GPX, TCX or KML file and choose the look, the size, the frame and the texts on the print.

The code at checkout
They enter the code at checkout and the voucher amount comes off the price. All that is left is to choose the delivery.

Questions about the voucher

How long is the voucher valid?

It is valid for 12 months from purchase. The expiry date is stated on the voucher.

How does the recipient use it?

They design a print in the configurator, add it to the basket and enter the code at checkout. The voucher amount comes off the price.

Who receives the voucher?

You do, by email, if you leave the recipient’s email empty. Otherwise it goes straight to them, with their name and your gift message.

What if the print costs more or less than the voucher?

If the print is more expensive, the difference is paid at checkout.

Can I pay for another voucher with a voucher?

No, a voucher can be used only for a print and related items, not to buy another voucher.
