Ordering and the configurator
How to design a print, what you can change, and which sizes and prices there are.
Didn’t find your answer? Write to us →Ordering and the configuratorDo I have to sign up to order?
No. You design and order your print without signing up; an email address at checkout is enough.
Ordering and the configuratorHow does designing a print work?
The configurator has three steps: Route, Look and Details. You see the print in the preview before you add it to the basket.
Ordering and the configuratorCan I edit a ready-made print?
The route is fixed. With Configure on the print’s page you change its look, its texts, its size and its frame.
Ordering and the configuratorWhich sizes and frames do you offer?
Choose the A5, A4 or A3 size and a black or white frame. A print of your own route with frame costs from €40.
Ordering and the configuratorHow high does the route stand out?
As standard the route is 4 mm at its lowest point and up to 15 mm at its highest. You change this in the configurator in the advanced relief settings.
Ordering and the configuratorCan I change my order after placing it?
Write to us as soon as possible at info@routie.sk and include your order number.
Uploading a routeWhich files can I upload?
GPX, TCX or KML from your watch or app. Choose the file or drag it into the configurator.
Uploading a routeCan I use an activity link?
Yes, paste an activity link from Strava, Garmin and other services into the I have an activity link field. We do not download the route from the link ourselves, but we show you how to download a GPX file from the activity.
Uploading a routeI don’t have a route to hand. What now?
Try the configurator with a sample route. You can upload your own route at any time later.
Uploading a routeWhere do the heights on the print come from?
The route’s height follows the heights in your recording, scaled to 4 to 15 mm.
Uploading a routeMy route is wider than it is tall.
If the template allows both orientations, switch the print to landscape in the configurator.
